What We’re Looking For:

• Tactical Brilliance: A deep understanding of the game, with the ability to develop and implement effective game plans.
• Motivational Leadership: Inspire and encourage players to reach their full potential.
• Player Development Focus: Dedication to nurturing individual talent and fostering team cohesion.
• Experience: Proven coaching experience in rugby (RFU qualifications preferred).
• Commitment: Availability for weekly training sessions and matchdays.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead training sessions with a focus on skill development and game strategy.
• Manage and mentor players, helping them improve technically and tactically.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy atmosphere.
• Collaborate with club management to plan for long-term success.

Training & Match Schedule:

• Training: Evening sessions during the week
• Matches: Scheduled weekends during the season
• Location: Taunton RFC, an inclusive and vibrant club with excellent facilities.
