We are excited for the return of our popular pre match lunches

As those who experienced the pre-match lunch on Saturday will know, these fantastic feasts are back for the new season. Even better news is that there will be delicious fare on offer almost every Saturday throughout the rugby season with something available before both Titans and 2nd XV fixtures.

Anyone fearing that the pre-match entertainment in the clubrooms is reserved exclusively for club officials or members need not worry. These terrific lunches are open to everyone and are a chance for supporters of home and away teams, players’ families, sponsors and injured players to enjoy one another’s company alongside a delicious meal. If you have not yet started a match day by joining us for lunch, then we highly recommend you come and give it a try. The cost of the famous two-course carvery is £20 per person. We might be biased but we think it might be one of the best you ever have!

You’ll be hosted by the Taunton RFC Commercial team and have access to the upstairs bars in the Veritas Park grandstand. The Friends of Taunton RFC host a table every Saturday and before the lunch they run a fundraising game where guests can win a table of 10 for a future lunch and a cash prize. All the money that the Friends raise is ploughed back into Taunton RFC to support the club.

Each lunch throughout the season we will gain a unique insight into the Titans with a guest speaker for every home game whether that be from a coaching angle, players, a member of the strength and conditioning team or physios.

It’s easy to book a carvery lunch for any Titans home game this season. If you wanted your own table these can be allocated with numbers from 8-12 people – ideal for entertaining fellow fans or business guests. With the 2nd XV competing in league rugby this year, we will also be hosting a more informal lunch prior to their home games. This will be £10 on the day, will be available from 13:00 – 15:00, and will feature a tempting hot buffet where the menu will change for each game.
