TRFC Stand Update

We are delighted to see the new 100 seater stand here at Veritas Park. This has been project managed by long term TRFC Supporter Steve Collard, who has also very kindly funded the build through his company ‘Commsplus Equipment finance’ assisted by a generous donation from an anonymous supporter.

Taunton Fabrications have been heavily involved with the project by taking down the old filming tower and old stand, they will be re-installing the filming tower as soon as the weather dry's out and we can gain access to the far side and avoid any vehicles getting stuck with such a heavy structure. A huge thanks go to Jason Rigby and his team at Taunton Fabrications.

EA Construction (SW) Ltd of Wells will Preparedthe groundworks for the new stand including the trenching for the cables etc. T&C Electrical Contractors Ltd, and Bytes-Digital Ltd, will be supplying the electric and fibre cable respectively including the final connections. Thanks also go to Collier Planning of Taunton who put the planning application together.

The Stadium was manufactured, delivered, and erected by Stadium Solutions Ltd of Brighton. The benefit to this modular design of the stand means we are able to add further seating In years to come as the attendances continue to grow here on matchdays.

This whole project shows further ambition for Taunton RFC and shows that the club is continuing to develop and move forward. TRFC would like to say a huge thank you for everyone involved with this project and we look forward to seeing the finished product soon.
